HOW TO COOK DELICIOUS MUSHROOM PANEER

 NOW WE HAVE TO COOK A DELICIOUS RECIPE OF PANEER AND MUSHROOM 



                                        



FIRST STEP.

we have to collect these  ingredients the main is Paneer & Mushroom


   

  • Cottage Cheese 150 grams

  • Mushrooms quartered 200 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onions 3 medium

  • Tomato 1 medium


  • Salt to taste

  • Green capsicum 1 medium                               

  • Pineapple slices tinned 3

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Tomato puree 2 tablespoons

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon













SECOND STEP 

METHOD -------   we have to start cooking 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. slice onions. chop tomato.

Step 2

Add onions to the pan and leav for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and salt,  and cook.

Step 3

Cut capsicum to pieces. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes. Cut pineapple into  cubes.

Step 4

Add turmeric powder, red chilli  and coriander powder to the pan and mix. Add ginger paste , garlic paste and saute till fragrant.

Step 5

Add capsicum, tomato and pineapple & mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Add cottage cheese, mix and cook till the cottage cheese pieces get heated through. Add garam masala powder and mix. Adjust salt. Serve
